  • Adults 18 and older: Rinse and gargle with 10 mL (2 teaspoons) for 90 seconds twice daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking.
  • Children 12–17: Rinse and gargle with 10 mL (2 teaspoons) for 90 seconds once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking.
  • Children 6–11: Rinse and gargle with 10ml (2 teaspoons) for 60 seconds once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Adult supervision recommended. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking.
