30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at customerservice@ahlopro.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- Personal care products such as mouthwash
- Used or opened items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special orders

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
